| Creating a new MOB is easy. | You need to start by reading and accepting the Terms of Service for the MYTODAY MOBS service. Once you are ready, sms ACCEPT yourCityName to 09223050606. (This only needs to be done once for every mobile phone that you want to create MOBs from.) |
| Think up a KEY, send an sms, and your MOB is ready! | It can be any single word (5 letters or more) that you can imagine. sms CREATE yourMOBName to 09223050606. So, if you want FUNGROUP as a MOB Name/ Keyword, sms CREATE FUNGROUP to 09223050606. If the MOB Name/ Keyword is available, your MOB will be created! The MOB created can be subscribed to by anyone. Only users you permit can publish to your MOB (to start with only you can publish to your MOB). You can always change this later by going to http://pub.mytoday.com. [Cannot think up a name? Just sms CREATE to 09223050606 and a MOB with your 10-digit mobile number as MOB Name/ Keyword will be created.] |
| You can now Invite others to join. | Once your MOB is created, you can invite others to join your MOB. All that they need to do is sms START yourMOBName to 09223050606. If you want a template Invite message to send others, sms INVITE yourMOBName to 09223050606. |
| Now, you can start Publishing. |
To create a message, sms PUB yourMOBName yourMessage to 09223050606. Ex. sms PUB FUNGROUP See you all at Metro at 6:30 today evening. Your message will then be immediately sent to all who have subscribed to your MOB - FUNGROUP. |
| You can also subscribe to a MOB created by others. | You can subscribe to a MOB (if you have rights to do so) by sending an sms START MOBName to 09223050606. You can unsubscribe from the group any time by sending an sms STOP MOBName to 09223050606. |
