MOBS can be used to communicate instantly with a group of people anywhere. This can be friends, relatives, clients, colleagues, etc. Or you could communicate your ideas and thoughts to just about anyone in the world!

Unlike sending SMS to a group, here, everyone knows that others in the group have also received the message. Plus, everyone will receive messages as SMS and also in their MyToday account - so they are guaranteed to see the message! You can also manage all your SMS from one place - see previous messages, save messages as drafts, and even create SMS for a future date!

Anyone who is a registered user of MyToday can publish messages. To start publishing, you need to first create a MOB. For example, you can create a MOB titled GREATFRIENDS. To make sure people can subscribe to this MOB by SMS, you.ll need to give it a MOB name or a Keyword. The MOB Title and MOB Name (or Keyword) can be the same or different. Everything you publish under the MOB will be received by people who subscribe to this MOB.

Only people who "subscribe" to your feed can read what you publish. To subscribe, users will have to sms START KEYWORD to 09223050606. for example START GREATFRIENDS to 09223050606. You can keep your MOB open only to those YOU want to read or you can allow anyone to subscribe to your MOB.

Yes, you can publish as many times as you want! You can also write your message and save it as a Draft. Or, you can also write a message and enter a future time and date. When you click Publish - that message will get published only at the time and date you specified. Try these out on your own to see how it works.

Not at all. Spam is unwanted messages. By "subscribing" to your MOB, people have expressed their willingness to receive your messages. If for any reason they don't want to receive your messages, they can easily unsubscribe by sending STOP MOB name (or Keyword) to 09223050606 by sms (For example STOP GREATFRIENDS to 09223050606).

Creating a MOB is totally FREE! When you send a message, you pay for just 1 sms - whatever your operator charges you. The cost remains the same - irrespective of how many people have subscribed to your MOB. For example, if 10 of your friends have subscribed to your MOB, your cost will just be 1 sms.

Our plan is to make sure every Indian communicate in the easiest, most economical way possible. To cover the cost, we may place advertisements at the bottom part of your messages. Apart from that, we'll bear the cost of sending these SMS.

If you created the MOB, you'll be identified as its owner. As the owner you can decide if you want to allow others to publish or not. By default, any who subscribes to your MOB can publish to your MOB. If you want to restrict publishing rights then you can visit http://pub.mytoday.com and change publishing rights to your MOB.

By default, anyone who subscribes to your MOB can publish to your MOB. But you can change this to give publishing rights to just yourself or to the people you know: http://pub.mytoday.com.

You can transfer the ownership rights to someone else.

As of now, no - you cannot delete subscribers from your MOB. We intend to support this in the future. In the case of private MOBS, the owner does have control over deleting "specific" posts published by other users as well as revoking user rights from publishing.
